Acceptable Use Policy


This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), which is incorporated into the Terms, sets forth behaviors that are banned in connection with your use of the Service, in addition to the restrictions set forth in the Terms. As we develop and our Service grows, this policy may change, so please check back frequently for updates and adjustments. Capitalized words used in this AUP that are not defined here have the meaning specified in the Terms.

  1. You represent and warrant that you will not engage in any of the following actions or cause any other person to engage in any of the following activities:
    1. access (or attempt to access), tamper with, or search any portion of the Service and/or its underlying system, network, or technology through any means other than the interface provided by us in connection with the Service (e.g., scraping, spidering, or crawling), unless expressly permitted in a separate binding agreement with us;
    2. to probe, scan, or test a system or network’s vulnerability, or to breach or evade any security or authentication measure;
    3. make an effort to disrupt or overwhelm our infrastructure by placing excessive demands or constraints on our resources (e.g., by utilising “bots” or other automated systems to send requests to our servers at a pace greater than what a human user could submit in the same amount of time);
    4. distribute malware or host phishing websites using the Service. You may not engage in any actions or upload or distribute materials or content that endanger or impair the functioning of the Service or any other infrastructure owned or operated by monday.com or other parties, including Third Party Services. You may not use the Service to engage in deceptive business practices or engage in any other unlawful or deceptive activity;
    5. make an effort to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their linked systems or networks, or to defeat, evade, bypass, uninstall, deactivate, or otherwise circumvent the Service’s software protection or monitoring features;
    6. impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to one of our employees, an Admin, a Customer, or any other Authorized User, or falsely assert or otherwise misrepresent your relationship with a person, organization, or entity;
    7. breach the privacy of people using the Service, including by publishing their private and personal information without their explicit consent;
    8. use the Service to engage in or encourage others to engage in defamatory, libelous, or threatening behavior that constitutes hate speech, harassment, or stalking;
    9. upload to or transmit from the Service any data (including Customer Data and/or Public User Submissions), file, software, or link that contains or redirects to a virus, Trojan horse, worm, scripting exploits, bots, or other harmful component or technology that may or is intended to damage or hijack the operation of any hardware, software, or telecommunications equipment, or any other actually or potentially harmful, disruptive, or invasive technology.
    10. abuse or otherwise make excessive use of the Service in comparison to the anticipated standard use (as determined in our sole discretion), including but not limited to consuming an excessive amount of storage or bandwidth.
  2. You guarantee and represent that you will not upload, transmit, or otherwise use in connection with the Service any Customer Data, Public User Submissions, or that you will not encourage others to do so.
    1. exploit or abuse children, including but not limited to photos or portrayals of child abuse or sexual assault, or photographs or depictions of minors dressed sexually;
    2. violates our or a third party’s (including Third Party Service) intellectual property or other rights, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral rights, privacy rights, or any other intellectual property, proprietary, or contractual right;
    3. is misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harmful, pornographic, indecent, harassing, or hateful, or otherwise promotes illegal, tortious, or improper behavior; or
    4. assaults or otherwise discriminates against individuals on the basis of their race, ethnic origin, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, handicap, or medical condition.
  3. We are not required to monitor your use of the Services. However, we reserve the right to screen and/or monitor any data, material, or information posted and/or transmitted into our Service and Sites for compliance with this AUP and the Terms, at any time and for any reason, with or without warning.
  4. You recognize that it is our policy to respect copyright and other intellectual property owners’ legitimate rights and that we will react to reports of suspected copyright infringement in line with our Copyright Policy.
  5. In addition to any other remedies available to us, if we suspect that Customer Data, Public User Submissions, or any of your activities or use of the Service violate this AUP, these Terms, or applicable law, we may delete such violating Customer Data or Public User Submissions in whole or in part; and/or (ii) terminate or suspend your Account or access to the Service, with or without prior notice and without liability to us.
  6. We reserve the right to amend this AUP at any time by issuing an updated version. By continuing to use the Service or logging into your Account following the posting of a revised version of the AUP, you agree to abide by the most recent version of the AUP. If a contradiction arises between the AUP and the Terms, the AUP will prevail, but only to the degree necessary to settle the conflict.
